We are a company dedicated to assisting businesses and
individuals in need of cash, by purchasing either the full or partial income streams from
the promissory notes (debt instruments) they hold. We will guide businesses and individuals through
the process of either selling an existing promissory note or help in creating a
new note, to help satisfy their financial goals.
Great North American Capital is a service
oriented company. Unlike other businesses
known to hand out quotes and send you on your way, we walk our clients through the entirety of creating
and or selling their notes. We will spend as much time as is necessary to educate
our customers,
so that they will have a full understanding and appreciation of the many financial
benefits of using this method. When applicable, we show alternate structures and offer
alternate approaches. This often proves even more financially rewarding to our client.
It is really quite simple. You initiate a conversation with us.
You tell us what you are looking to accomplish with the promissory note you
hold or wish to create, and in what time frame. You provide us with
copies of the relative notes and supporting documentation. We discuss with you
alternative approaches. And then we mutually agree to a purchase price for your note.
Absolutely not. We look to the payor of the note and their credit
worthiness, not the note holders. So this means if you own a mortgage note, we look to the
payor of that note. If you have an invoice you would like to sell, we look to the business
who owes you the money. If you are selling your business, we look to the purchaser of the
business.
The answer is YES, we do business nationwide. We also will
participate in the purchase of income streams from a variety of debt instruments globally.

The turnaround time is contingent on a number of factors. The
first thing to understand about Great North American Capital is that we want to move as
quickly as you do. Your sense of urgency becomes ours.
Each type of note has with it certain criteria where due
diligence needs to be performed, appraisals need to be made, or individuals need to be
contacted to provide us missing information. These are the things which can slow down the
effort.
However if paperwork is in order and accessible, and all those
who need to make decisions can do so expeditiously, then our turnaround time can be rapid.
The relationship we have with our clients often starts out with a
simple inquiry. Over time, as mutual trust and respect is established, it is not
uncommon for us to get involved in additional financial matters of the business, or
individual. We are not however, in the business of giving accounting or legal advice. But
give us a try, and we may have some ideas worthy of consideration.
